By using Workshido ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of the platform
- Workshido is intended for educational use by teachers and students.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You may not use the platform for commercial resale of materials without permission.
- You agree not to upload malicious, offensive, or copyright-infringing content.
2. Content you upload
- You retain ownership of worksheets you upload.
- By uploading, you grant Workshido a non-exclusive license to host and display your content.
- You confirm that uploaded content is your original work or you have the right to share it.
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
3. Downloaded content
- Free worksheets may be downloaded and used for personal educational purposes.
- Redistribution or resale of worksheets downloaded from Workshido is not permitted.
- Premium content is licensed for the account holder only.
4. Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
- You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.
5. Limitation of liability
Workshido is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all worksheets meet any specific educational standard. We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
